Abstract:Recycled concrete powder(RCFP)was converted into active auxiliary cementitious materials by wet carbonization pretreatment. The influence of carbonization temperature on the physicochemical characteristics of RCFP was studied, and the com-putation of CO2 uptake caused by high-temperature carbonization was studied.Use RCFP to replace cement, and the effects of RCFP on the fluidity and mechanical properties of Portland cement were explored. The results show that RCFP forms silica gel with a high degree of polymerization, increasing the specific surface area and cumulative pore volume of RCFP after high-tempera-ture wet carbonization, while reducing the average pore size, and it reaches 33.91%at 60℃,which is about 4.4 times the carbon sequestration of uncarbonized recycled powder, and is similar to the carbon sequestration of RCFP at 100℃.In terms of working performance, the fluidity and compressive strength of recycled cement slurry decrease with the increase of recycled powder content. The strength of RCFP under 60℃is comparable to that of pure cement slurry for 7 days at 20%content,and can be used as the optimal carbonization temperature.
