Abstract:According to the composition and content of salt in seawater, the corrosion solutions of two single salt systems of NaCl and Na2SO4 and composite multi-salt systems of NaCl and Na2SO4 were designed to study the physical properties and hydra-tion products of cement-based materials under salt solution corrosion. The results show that the mass of cement-based materials in-creases from the corrosion age of single salt system solution to 28 d,and the mass increase after soaking in NaCl solution is greater than that in Na2SO4 solution.Soaking in 5%NaCl solution to 150 d,the mass loss reached 0.70%;in the process of dry-wet cycle, the number of cycles reached 30 times, the mass showed a decreasing trend, and the maximum loss rate was 0.13%.Under the corrosion of two single salt systems, the compressive strength and flexural strength first increased and then decreased with the increase of dry and wet cycle times.Under the corrosion of composite salt solution, the flexural strength continued to decrease with the increase of dry and wet cycle times. The composite salt solution-dry-wet cycle group had a more serious effect on the pore size, and the number of harmful pores with pore size≥0.5 mm increased.
