Abstract:Sintered ceramic granules are prepared from engineering residue, fly ash and stone powder. The effects of raw mate-rial ratio, sintering temperature, stone powder content and other factors on the properties of ceramic grains were investigated. The results showed that light and high-strength ceramic particles with water absorption of not more than 12.6%,density grade of 700 and cylinder compressive strength of not less than 5.5 MPa were prepared under the conditions of calcination temperature of 1100℃,calcination time of 15 min,fly ash content of 70%and stone powder content of not less than 8%.Through infrared absorption spectroscopy analysis and SEM morphology analysis,it is found that the calcination temperature can significantly affect the chemical bonding and pore structure composition of the ceramic particles, and the internal pores of the ceramic grains are uniformly dis-tributed at the calcination temperature of 1100℃,and the pore size is suitable.
