Key points of construction method and quality control of silicone-graphene mold-free exterior wall insulation system

Abstract：Silica-graphene mold-free exterior wall insulation system uses silica-graphene board as an external formwork and sandwich thermal insulation material.The system combines the two processes of formwork and thermal insulation into one.In this paper,the raw materials,special process requirements,formwork management,detailed design,joint treatment and flatness control are discussed and studied in combination with the engineering practice.The results show that the silicone-graphene material must be typeset and detailed designed before construction,and the correct cutting method must be adopted to ensure the utilization efficien-cy and appearance quality of the material.The flatness guarantee is a difficult point in construction,and the anchors should be controlled not to protrude from the finished surface,and the horizontal and longitudinal timber beams should be fully used to assist in ensuring the flatness.
