Abstract:In the tensile test of concrete reinforcement in the laboratory, the tensile force-slip curves between the RCC and the steel bar with full and insufficient vibration were obtained by the specimens made by different vibration and rolling methods, and the drawing change law of RCC and steel bar was analyzed.Based on the results of the indoor steel bar drawing test, the bonding performance of RCC and steel bar was analyzed by pulling steel bars with different anchorage lengths and different diameters in the field test, and whether the RCC working performance of the mix ratio met the requirements was verified. The results show that the laboratory pull-out test is consistent with the field test results, and the bonding performance of RCC and steel bar is better, which is not much different from that of normal concrete and steel bar,and the former is about 10%lower than the latter. The bond strength of fully rolled concrete and steel bars is 12%higher than that of insufficient rolling;Under the mix ratio,RCC has good working performance and dense interlayer bonding.
