Research on test method of adhesion between prefabricated building sealant and exterior wall coating

Abstract：This study analyzed and discussed the existing adhesion detection methods related to building sealant and exterior wall coating,analyzed the method suitable for the combined use and detection of the two products,and selected different prefabri-cated building sealant and exterior wall coating products for collocation test,and evaluated the applicability of the adhesion method according to the relevant operability and test results.The results show that in this sample,cross-cut method can be applied to the combination of prefabricated building sealant and thin paint(common exterior wall paint,elastomeric exterior wall paint).The method of bonding strength and failure form can be applied to the combination of prefabricated building sealant and thick paint(sand wall type exterior wall paint,colorful exterior wall paint).
