Abstract:To obtain the degradation characteristics of new ultra-lightweight cement composite subjected to sulfate attack, this paper investigated the changes in mass change rate, linear expansion rate, compressive strength, microstructure and sulfate ion distribution under different temperature and sulfate concentration. The results show that the mass change rate and linear expansion rate increase with the increase of sulfate concentration, but they increase first and then decrease with the increase of temperature. The compressive strength increases first and then decreases with then prolong of sulfate attack time, and the compressive strength and change rate increase with the increase of temperature and the decrease of sulfate concentration; There will appear a"convection zone"in the transport process of sulfate ions, and the sulfate ion content decreases rapidly with the increase of attack depth, and then tends to be stable; The sulfate ion content decreases at the same depth with the increase of temperature and the decrease of sulfate concentration.
