Research on the application of polyurea compound modified waterproof coating in the waterproof construction of building roof

Abstract：Using hydroxylamine polyether D-2800 as a modifier,waterproof coating samples were prepared using liquefied MDI,hydroxyl terminated polyether,and other materials.It was found that,the sample with 22％hydroxylamine polyether D-2800 added can maintain high tensile strength and impact resistance.Moreover,the coating has low water vapor permeability and strong imper-meability during water pressure penetration testing,and can maintain low mass loss and storage modulus loss during freeze-thaw cy-cle testing.Under different corrosive media,it can maintain strong corrosion resistance.For this purpose,poly urea composite modified waterproof coating with a 22％content of hydroxylamine polyether D-2800 can be used for building roof waterproofing construction.
