Research on self-leveling formula of phosphogypsum based compound sound insulation

Abstract：In this paper,based on the improvement requirements of floor spacing sound of domestic construction projects and the current complicated construction process,with the goal of realizing the integration of sound insulation and leveling construction,the sound insulation material rubber particles are introduced into the phosphogypsum based gypsum self-leveling system.Through the adjustment of the amount of additives,the introduction of stabilizer and wood fiber,the compound effect between rubber parti-cles and gypsum slurry was successfully optimized,and the formula technology of phosphypsum based compound sound insulation self-leveling was developed.On this basis,the amount of rubber particles was continued to increase,and the compound sound insu-lation self-leveling with 30 mm thick impact sound improvement amount of 15 dB was successfully formulated.The product fluidity could reach the gypsum self-leveling industry standard JC/T 1023-2021"Gypsum based self-leveling compound for floor",and the dry compressive strength could reach 5.3 MPa.It can enhance the value utilization of solid waste resources.
