Abstract：In this paper,multi-stage crushing and screening of construction waste and table mold vibration pressure brick re-source utilization technology is studied.By modular design and combination of crushing and screening stations,construction waste is classified,crushed,and screened.Materials that meet the requirements for brick making are mixed with cement and water and thor-oughly stirred to form a homogeneous mix.The finished bricks are made by vibration pressing of the block molding machine.The brick making process does not require sintering,and environmentally friendly bricks with certain strength are formed through natural curing to achieve the resource utilization of waste,and achieve a green,environmentally friendly,and economic effect.
