External insulation system of existing building external walls for over 20 years

Abstract：By using instruments and equipment such as infrared thermal imagers,integrated intelligent bond strength detectors,heat flow meters,and digital oxygen index testers,the tensile bond strength of the existing building external wallsfor over 20 years,as well as the oxygen index,thermal conductivity,and hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD)content of the insulation material were test-ed.Based on the results of on-site and laboratory tests,the performance of existing building external insulation systems was evalu-ated more targeted in terms of connection safety,fire safety,and thermal energy conservation.The evaluation results all meet the technical requirements of national or industry standards.
