Abstract：The double skin metal faced insulating panels are widely used in the roof and wall of industrial and civil build-ings.There is no durability testing method and acceptance criteria of double skin metal faced insulating panels in the current na-tional standards.According to the actual use of metal faced sandwich panels,choose 3 kinds of metal faced sandwich panel of dif-ferent core material,carry out durability test under 4 different environmental conditions,and test the density,moisture absorption,and thermal conductivity of the core material,and the tensile strength of metal faced sandwich panels.Through the analysis of the test data,the main factors affecting the test data are found out,and the suggestions on the determination of the durability evaluation in-dex of the metal surface sandwich panels are put forward.
