Abstract:In order to explore the influence and mechanism of the hydrophobic agent SHP60 on the anti-clogging performance of permeable concrete, the water droplet wetting angle test was used to observe the effect of SHP60 on the hydrophobicity of the material. The SEM experiment was used to observe the pore and particle shape changes of the specimen before and after flushing, and studied the effect of SHP60 content on the initial porosity and clogging resistance performance of permeable concrete during use,and to optimize the best SHP60 content. The results are as follows:SHP60 increases the wetting angle of the material by about 2 times, making the hydrophilic material become hydrophobic. The anti-clogging performance of permeable concrete is coupled by weakening the initial permeability and enhancing the permeability during use. When prioritizing the improvement of permeability and then considering the resistance to compressive strength, the optimal recommended amount of SHP60 is 0.35%of the dry dosage of the permeable concrete mix ratio.
