Research and application of artistic texture fair-faced concrete in Hangzhou National Archives of Publications and Culture

Abstract：In response to the special performance and appearance requirements of artistic texture fair-faced concrete in the Hangzhou branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture,the fair-faced concrete that met properties requirements and exhibit stable texture was designed based on raw material and mixing ratio optimization.The color of fair-faced concrete can be stabilized by controlling the sand rate at 42％～44％and eliminating the mineral admixture.The addition of special chemical ad-mixtures and defoamers for fair-faced concrete can reduce the pores,and no obvious defects were found on the surface after mold-ing,and the texture after demolding met the requirements.Combined with actual engineering practice,the key points of quality con-trol in the production and application of fair-faced concrete were summarized,which provided reference for the application of artis-tic texture fair-faced concrete.
