Abstract:Taking a typical villager built rural tourism building in Zhejiang rural area as an example,Designbuilder software equipped with the global sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization modules were used.Cooling energy consumption(CEC)and annual discomfort hours(ADH)were selected as the optimization objectives according to the field survey.Standard re-gression analysis was applied to determine the key parameters.A multi-objective optimization method based on NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm was conducted to obtain the Pareto front optimal solution set.Based on the ideal point method, the comprehensive optimal solution from the optimal solution set was further determined, and ultimately determine the design parameters of building envelope for the most energy-saving,comfortable,and comprehensive optimal solutions. The CEC and ADH values of the comprehensive opti-mal solution was 9.28kW·h/m2 and 2834.92 h,respectively.Compared to the initial building, the CEC decreases by 10.77%and the ADH decreases by 2.51%.
