Research on the preparation and properties of luminous polymer pervious concrete

Abstract：A new kind of permeable paving material with luminous function was developed by using one-component polyurethane adhesive as binder,and the influence of raw material properties,mix ratio and process on the properties of luminous polymer pervious concrete was studied. The results show that the compressive strength of luminous polymer pervious concrete increased and permeability coefficient decreased with the increase of adhesive-aggregate ratio. With the increase of aggregate gradation,the compressive strength of luminous polymer pervious concrete decreased first and then increased while the permeability coefficient increased for the same adhesive-aggregate ratio. The luminous intensity of luminous polymer pervious concrete was highest when the aggregate was yellow. The light-emitting effect is better distributed,the construction is easier and the cost is cheaper when the luminous polymer pervious concrete is formed by scraping.
