Practice of self-compacting concrete in the production of underground pipe gallery

Abstract：Self compacting concrete for precast pipe gallery use is prepared by taking water cement ratio,sand ratio and admixture as main factors,mixture slump,extended time T50 and concrete compressive strength were tested and analyzed,and applied to the actual production of pipe gallery component. The results show that within a certain range,with the increase of water cement ratio,sand ratio and admixture,liquidity and working performance of concrete will be improved,too large increment will reduce the performance of self compacting concrete. This study can provide practical experience for the application of self compacting concrete to underground pipe gallery.
