Abstract:Through the physical compressive performance test of Z-type concrete composite hollow block, the development and failure of the crack are observed and recorded, and the corresponding stress-strain curve of the block under continuous vertical load is drawn. At the same time,ANSYS software was used to analyze the factors that affected the compressive strength of the block, such as the thickness of the hole, the thickness of the side wall and the transverse rib,the arrangement and distribution of the holes, and further proposed the optimized design model of different types of blocks and put forward the corresponding improve-ment suggestions for the force characteristics of the block. This provides a reference for the optimization design of Z-shaped con-crete composite hollow block and the actual production and application of engineering.
