Abstract:The composite phase change material particles(CPCMPs)were prepared by vacuum adsorption method with expand-ed vermiculite as supporting material and paraffin as phase change material. Phase change plate(PCP)of passive enclosure struc-ture was fabricated by mould pressing method with CPCMPs. Differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),scanning electron microscope (SEM)and long cycle thermal cycling performance tests have been conducted to analyze the properties of CPCMPs,and the ther-mal conductivity and thermal storage performance of PCP were characterized. It is concluded that:paraffin was sufficiently absorbed in the porous structure of expanded vermiculite, and the prepared CPCMPs have good thermal stability; the melting and freezing la-tent heat values of CPCMPs were 69.81 J/g and 68.36 J/g,and the melting and freezing temperatures were 19.80 ℃ and 29.74℃, respectively,PCP has obvious delay phenomenon in the process of temperature change, and possesses a good prospect in regulating temperature.
