Experimental study on the preparation of sintering insulating block of papermaking sludge

Abstract：Through the ANSYS software,the structure of the block and pore structure of the sintering insulating block was simulated and analyzed,and the best hole structure of sintering insulating block was designed. Test result shows that the sintering temperature range of sintering insulating block is 1000~1050℃ when using papermaking sludge,and the properties reached the opti-mal when dosage of papermaking sludge is 10%,the density is 933 kg/m3,compressive strength is 5.42 MPa,and the heat transfer coefficient of wall made by this sintering thermal insulation block masonry is 1.217 W/(m2·K).
