Abstract：Based on the thermodynamic classification,the types and applications of first order phase change and second order phase change are expounded. The combination and storage method of polyol in solid-solid phase change are emphatically analyzed, and the research direction is put forward for the second order phase change material which will be applied in the construction field in the future.
