Appearance performance evaluation of fair-faced concrete based on analytic hierarchy process

Abstract：Although unique appearance performance is critical distinction between fair-faced concrete and ordinary concrete, there is no standard method to integratedly evaluate appearance performance of fair-faced concrete. Based on analytic hierarchy process,this paper develops an integrated evaluation method of fair-faced concrete by taking appearance performance of fair-faced concrete as first-level index,proposing four second-level indexes and eight third-level indexes. The appearance performance is rea-sonably evaluated according to importance of each index. Finally,the method is applied in a real-world case of Changsha Golden Eagle Plaza to compute optimum mix ratio and make evaluation in acceptance of work.
