Experimental study on durability of mirror effect of C40 self-compacting mirror concrete

Abstract：With the function of structure and decoration,mirror concrete has better performance compared to ordinary concrete. However,the mirror effect of the mirror concrete cannot be maintained for a long time in the process of use due to the influence of external environment and other factors. Choosing mirror mortar specimens formed with appropriate same proportion,treat the sur-face of part specimens by waxing or brushing room-temperature cured fluorine resin(FEVE)coating after curing for 28 days. Place the specimens in different environments,and observe the changes of the mirror effect. The test results show that the specimens coated with room-temperature cured fluorine resin(FEVE)coating can still maintain good mirror effect for a long time under a humid environment.
