Research on the preparation and application of marine engineering mass concrete with magnesium oxide anti-cracking agent

Abstract：To prevent mass concrete from cracking in marine environment,which may itensify the corrosion phenomenon,this project without arrangement of the cooling water pipe,according to the principle of the mix proportion design of mass concrete with low cement dosage and large dosage of admixture and adding the right amount of MgO anti-cracking agent,through the optimiza-tion of mixture ratio design and impact analysis of magnesium oxide on the properties of concrete,determine the cementious materi-al system using 52% cement,20% fly ash,20% mineral powder,and 8% magnesium oxide anti-cracking agent has good effect,the working properties,mechanical properties,and durability of prepared concrete are excellent. Through the construction of the test sec-tion,this mass concrete structure does not appear obvious cracks,meeting the technical requirements of marine engineering mass concrete construction.
