Abstract:The photocatalytic technology has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency and environmental friendliness in wastewater treatment. It is a new technology developed in the field of environment in recent years. The TiO2sol and TiO2/zeolite photocatalytic were prepared by sol-gel method and infiltration method respectively using tetrabuty titanate as precursors. The chemical composition of the photocatalysts were characterized by XRD. TiO2/zeolite photocatalyst was uniformly dispersed on ce-mentitious materials to prepare photocatalytic cement-based materials, and their photocatalytic performance were studied. The effects of calcination temperature,TiO2loading and pH value on the degradation efficiency of methylene blue were also studied by using methylene blue as degradation agent. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2is best when the calcination tempera-ture is 200℃. The higher the loading of TiO2,the lower the pH value of methylene blue solution, the better the photocatalytic ef-ficiency. The synergistic effect is obtained by the combination of zeolite and TiO2which plays a "super-superposition" effect, and the effect of photocatalytic degradation was greatly improved.
