Research on effect of waste tire rubber powder on properties of porous concrete

Abstract：The influence of 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder on porous properties,mechanical properties,grinding properties of porous concrete were researched in this paper. Results show that the water/cement ratio gradually increased,porosity and permeation coefficient gradually decreased,and 28 d compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus and shock resistance performance increase first and then reduce,28 d grinding hole length reduce first and then increase. The 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength increased 18%、20%,28 d elastic modulus and shock resistance decreased 11.7%、6.7% respectively,28 d shock resistance increased 3 times,when the range of 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder dosage is 4%~6% in porous concrete.
