Abstract:The effects of the amount of ceramisite, expanded perlite, fly ash and foaming agent on the dry density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and softening coefficient of ceramic foam were studied. The optimum dosage of each component was determined by orthogonal test method. The results show that the compressive strength is the best when the amount of ceramsite is 35%,the amount of expanded perlite is 0.07%,the content of fly ash is 20% and the amount of foaming agent is 2%. The other indexes meet the requirements. ADINA Thermal was used to simulate the insulation performance of ordinary concrete wall and or-thogonal test optimal group of ceramic foam concrete wall, the comparison result shows that the thermal insulation properties of ce-ramic foam concrete can well meet the external wall insulation requirements.
