The influence factor and control of gypsum plasterboard core pore structure

Abstract：By adding foaming agent in the plasterboard molding process,the core of the plasterboard can form a porous structure with certain porosity,so as to effectively reduce its self-weight and increase its toughness. The core pore and structure are mainly adjusted by the foam generated through the foaming system. The foaming agent concentration,system pressure and foam-ing equipment are the key factors affecting the core pore structure.
