Abstract:It is investigated the influence of the different water-binder ratio and the rate of fly ash replacement on workabili-ty,apparent density and mechanical properties of the self-compacting slag concrete by single factor experiment. The results showed that the slag can be applied to the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete and the operating performance of self-consolidat-ing slag concrete meets the requirement of JGJ/T 283—2012. The influence extent on the performance of the self-compacting slag concrete is related more to the rate of fly ash replacement than water-binder ratio. The optimum parameters to extract were as fol-lows:the water-binder ratio 0.42,the rate of fly ash replacement 70.0%. And at this moment the apparent density is 1645.5 kg/m3, the 28 d compressive strength is 16.3 MPa,and the 28 d flexural strength is 2.2 MPa.
