Effect of sodium sulfate solution concentration on the basic performance of alkali-activated slag tunnel fireproof coatings

Abstract：The effect of sodium sulfate solution concentration on the performance of alkali-activated slag tunnel fireproof coatings(AAS-TFC) was studied by changing the sodium sulfate solution concentration. The test results reveal that,when the weight concentration of sodium sulfate solution is less than 6%,the bonding strength before and after freezing-thawing cycles in-creases with the increase of the solution concentration. When the concentration of sodium sulfate solution is more than 6%,the in-fluence of the solution concentration on the bonding strength of AAS-TFC is not obvious. The influence of the change of the con-centration of sodium sulfate solution on the drying time of AAS-TFC is not obvious.
