Study on adsorption effect of different bentonite on formaldehyde in air

Abstract：The two kinds of modified bentonite(acid bentonite and calcined bentonite) were used to modify Na-bentonite and Ca-bentonite. The purification effect of formaldehyde in air of different type of bentonite was studied. The results show that the purification effect of the acid modified and calcined modified bentonite was improved greatly than the original bentonite. Therefore, the bentonite can be used as a new kind of green air purification materials.
