Research and preparation of a water-soluble release agent for concrete

Abstract：On the basis of naphthenic oil,using different combination of emulsifiers,HLB values,dilution ratio to adjust the release agent technology,which can develop a water-soluble concrete release agent. The optimum technical formula is that the base oil is naphthenic oil,Emulsifier combination is S-80/PE G800-MO,HLB value is 9.5,and the amount of emulsifier is 6%. The re-sults showed that release agent has excellent performance on the stability,film time,and demolding effect.
