Preparation of the spraying vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating

Abstract：With adding the activated thixotropic agent,the vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating which can be applied in vertical spraying construction was synthesized by polymerization reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate. The performance influences of polyether polyol,plasticizer,thixotropic agent and R value of isocyanate were investigated and the opti-mum dosage was determined. The results showed that when the polyether 330 N mass fraction of 20%~40%,mass fraction of plasti-cizer in 8%~15%,thixotropic agent in the range of 0.5%~0.6%,R value of 2.0~2.4,the vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating exhibited excellent physical properties,low viscosity,sag resistance and can be sprayed. Also the vertical type one-component polyurethane waterproof coating owned dense film without bubbles,fast curing speed under low temperature,excellent storage stability and so on.
