Analysis of influencing factors on drying time of desulfurization gypsum core grouted wall

Abstract：This paper using gypsum paste samples with different thickness,by changing the content of perlite and the relative humidity of the environment,to compare and analyze the drying evaporation process of paper-covered plasterboard on gypsum paste. The experimental results show that the drying time of gypsum paste and its thickness presented nonlinear growth,the content of perlite has little effect on drying behavior of gypsum paste;the increase of the environmental relative humidity significantly prolongs the drying time of gypsum paste,when environmental relative humidity increases from 55% to 75%,the desulfurization gypsum paste of complete drying time prolongs nearly 1 time;plasterboard covered in high relative humidity environment (75%) has little effect on the drying time of FGD gypsum,while the drying time prolongs at low relative humidity(55%) environment,up to 2 times.
