Study on application of magnesium cement concrete in highway engineering in Qinghai province

Abstract：This paper studies the application of magnesium cement concrete in highway engineering in Qinghai province and the cement construction technology for the system of research,including the preparation,construction process and curing and quality detection.Results show that the change of temperature in construction can affect the concentration of magnesium chloride,causing the fluctuation of mixture ratio.The construction process of magnesium cement concrete and ordinary concrete construction technology were similar,but due to its uniqueness,need to focus on the key control points,such as biggest haulage time,longest paving time,stripping time and curing mode.Through the test road paving,the concentration of magnesium chloride fluctuations had been revised.Suggestions in normal room temperature,magnesium cement concrete transportation time should not be more than 42 min,to construct complete should not be more than 1 h,magnesium cement concrete form removal time at room temperature for about six hours,Outdoor film curing is the best magnesium oxychloride cement concrete curing mode.
