Abstract：The procoagulant early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PE-PCE) was synthesized by free radical aqueous solution polymerization.The product can effectively shorten setting time with a high water reduction and the early strength (1 d,3 d,7 d) of concrete can be significantly improved.In the subway shield segment application,PE-PCE can effectively improve the workability of concrete and has good thixotropic property,can effectively shorten the shield segment release time,and can improve the production efficiency under low temperature in winter.
