The study of the influential factors of one-component ceramic tile gum bond strength

Abstract：In this paper,by adjusting the formula of emulsion types,emulsion and additives,prepares a one-component ceramic tile gum,and tests their effect on ceramic tile bond strength.The results indicate that bond strength of bonding system increased with the increasing of content of emulsion in one-component ceramic tile gum,when the content of wetting dispersant dosage in ceramic tile gum is 0.2％,the bond strength of bonding system can reach the maximum.
