Effect of machine spraying additive on wet mixing plaster mortar of machine spraying and its construction performance

Abstract：This paper compared and analyzed the performance of the wet mixing plaster mortar of machine spraying and ordinary wet mixing plaster mortar,and studied the influence of admixture of machine spraying on mechanical properties and construction performance of wet mixing plaster mortar of machine spraying under M10.Results show that the wet mixing plaster mortar of machine spraying has obvious improvement in frost resistance,water retention and tensile bond strength compared with the ordinary wet mixed plaster mortar,the consistence of the mortar has decreased,compressive strength basically unchanged and the construction performance was better.The water retention,tensile bond strength and frost resistance of mortar are increasing with the increase of the dosage of machine-sprayed admixture,while the consistence of the mortar decreases.The optimal dosage of machine-sprayed admixture is 0.20％.At this time,the compressive strength of the mortar is the best.
