Research on plasticity preservation time and re-plastic of wet-mixed mortar

Abstract：Plasticity preservation time can reflect the technical characteristics of wet-mixed mortar,and have more guiding significance to the production and application.The experimental studies on each performance index of wet-mixed mortar have been done in different storage time.The results show that the wet-mixed mortar can maintain good construction performance and stability of slurry when the consistency change rate less than 30％,and the apparent density change rate is less than 5％,if the mechanical properties of met-mixed mortar such as compressive strength meet the requirement of mortar design standards,the wet-mixed mortar storage time at the moment can be sure to the plasticity preservation time.Re-plastic will lead to a substantial decline in the compressive strength of mortar,it should be strictly prohibited.
