Factors in affecting cement polystyrene board property

Abstract：The influence of all kinds of factor, such as cement consumption, cement strength, water/cement ratio, air- entraining agent, water reducer, additive of fly ash, and SP foam grain size, on cement polystyrene board is studied through comparison test. The results show that a proper air - entraining agent to be added not only can increase strength of cement polystyrene board effectively, but also decrease its density. The fly ash to be used instead of part of cement can save cement consumption and lower production cost under the prerequisite to ensure the property of cement polystyrene board. In addition, the cement consumption and SP foam grain size also are important factors to affect the property of this board.
