Study on new road building material prepared by utilization of chemical waste gypsum

Abstract：The influence of activator on strength and free linear dilatability and sulfate resistance of chemical waste gypsum-fly ash new road building material as well as action of water reducer are studied. Three different types of fly ash and chemical waste gypsum are chosen to take compound tests in the study. The test results show that the compound material of the mixture of raw fly ash and high calcium fly ash with chemical waste gypsum is better than additive of one of two fly ashes. The new road building material developed in the study has higher mechanical property and excellent sulfate resistance.
