Abstract：This article presents raw materials composition, flow sheet, product performance and application for fly ash cement thermal insulation block produced from flyash and sulphoaluminate early strength cement, through chemical foaming and naturalcuring without autoclaving. The block has many advantages, such as simple productionprocess, light weight, small conductivity, low water absorption and small dry shrinkageetc. It is green energy - saving building material product with good prospect and used forroof thermal insulation and wall of building.
