Abstract：This paper introduces the side feeding of tinted concentrate, the control ofasynchronous plasticization of PVC raw material and pigment in twin screw extruder, the dosing and process control of shaped profile of new wood plastic window by extruding formation.The property comparison between it and traditional white PVC shaped profile is carried out.
