The pathogenesis of microglia in traumatic brain injury

Abstract：The mechanism of secondary injury after tramatic brain injury(TBI)is related to inflammation reation,oxidative stress,inflammasome,and so on,and microglia are closely related to it.Microglia,as macrophage in the nervous system,participate in the basic physiological functions,immunological reaction of the nervous system,and has been confirmed to play a role in TBI.This review integrates numerous recent literature,systematically summarizing the role and mechanism of microglia in TBI,and provides an outlook for future research,aiming to offer research insights and directions for targeted treatment of TBI.
