Abstract:Case 1: A 53-year-old female patient presented with persistent dizziness, headache, and gait instability for 6 months, which worsened over the past 3 days. She was admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery at the Affiliated People's Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College on February 6, 2025. Six months prior, she developed dizziness and headache without any obvious precipitating factors, characterized by a feeling of heaviness and bilateral temporal headaches. Gradually, she began to experience gait instability. There were no symptoms of nausea, vomiting, limb weakness, or numbness in the face or limbs. She did not receive any special treatment. Three days ago, her symptoms worsened, and she sought medical attention at the Affiliated People's Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College. She was admitted to the neurosurgery department with a preliminary diagnosis of 'dizziness with headache, differential diagnosis pending.'
