Abstract:Different tumors and different levels of the same tumor in central nervous system (CNS)show tumor heterogeneity accordingly.Tumor heterogeneity is not only reflected in antigen, histopathology and immunology, but also reflected in different types of imaging.CT X-ray attenuation coefficient,fMRI,standardized uptake value (SUV) of PET could analyze tumor heterogeneity from different angles. The indepth study and rational use of imaging to evaluate the heterogeneity of tumors are beneficial to preoperative diagnosis, individualized treatment and evaluation of the curative effect.
