Meta-analysis:defibrase vs other drugs in treatment of acute cerebral infarction
Abstract：AIM: To compare debriase with other drugs in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).METHODS: A mcta-analysis on 10 studies was conducted to compare defibrase and other drugs in the treatment of ACI.RESULTS: ① Homogneity analysis: X2 = 6. 845 2, freedom was 9, and P ＞ 0.05. ② Calculation of common estimate: OR 3. 235 3, with a 95% confidence interval between 2.21 and 4.74. Common estimate:X2=36.2, P ＜ 0.001.CONCLUSION: The result of difference analysis indicated a significant superior effect of defibrase than other drugs in the treatment of ACI. Further researches providing objective assessments are necessary for investigating the clinical application of defibrase for the treatment of ACI, specifically in the area of effective dosage, method, and interval.
