Changes of apolipoprotein and D-dimer in patients with coronary heart disease and their correlation
Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the changes of apolipoprotein AI(ApoAI), apolipoprotein B (ApoB) and D-dimer(DD) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to explore their relationship.METHODS: ApoAI, ApoB and DD were detected respectively by immunoturbidimetry and ELISA in 124 patients with CHD and 26 normal subjects.RESULTS: Among the patients with CHD,the concentration of ApoB and DD ( F=44.2, 126. 3 and 29.6, P < 0. 01) in those with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and unstable angina pectoris(UAP) was significantly higher than that of controls( P < 0. 01 ) ,while the concentration of ApoAI was lower than that of controls( P < 0. 01 ). In the subjects with old myocardial infarction and stable angina pectoris, the concentration of ApoB was higher than those of controls ,while ApoAI was lower( P < 0. 01 ). The level of DD had no significant difference compared with that of controls( P > 0. 05). The correlation analysis of 124 patients with CHD showed that ApoB level correlated positively with that of DD, while ApoAI level correlated negatively with DD level( P < 0.001).CONCLUSION: Dyslipidemia exists in patients with CHD and higher DD level can be seen in the AMI and UAP groups. There is a close relationship between apolipoprotein and DD level.
