An experimental investigation on prevention of skin injury induced by extravascular mitomycin C
Abstract:Objective To explored the pathologic changes in skin injury induced by Mitomycin C Extravasation and to explore the preventive method. Method The 0.2mg mitomycin C Were injected into subcutaneous in lower extremity of rat, 30min late, 0.8ml blockade solution (consist of 0.2% lidocaine, gentamycin and dexamethasone) were injected into subcutaneous and ZuSanli point of lower extremity. Pathologic changes of skin injury tissue were observed. Result When mitomycin C Were injected into subcutaneous in 5~8 days late,group A showed the inflammatory infiltration and ulcer formation in part of injection, group B showed mild inflammatory and was no ulcer formation in part of injection. Conclusion The point blockade treatment was a effective preventing skin injury induced by extravascular mitomycin C.
