A randomized control study of Sermion for the for the treatment of vascular dememtia
Abstract：Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Sermion on vascular dementia(VD) . Method 48 VD patients were randomly divieded into Sermion group and control group. Effects and side - reaction were evaluated by (MMSE), clinical fourdegree sale . Result Sennion group has a some response about 2 weeks and better anti - dementia effects than control group within treatment period of 2 ～ 8 weeks,good for severe dementia. Conclusion To obtain a better effects with Sermion comparing to control group 2 ～ 8 weeks after treatment of VD.
